JOY WELLNESS CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Joy Wellness Club! By accessing and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. GENERAL TERMS
By participating in classes, purchasing memberships, or utilizing any services offered by Joy Wellness Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Joy Wellness Club reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
2. CLASS BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS
* All class reservations must be made in advance through our online booking system.
* Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time to avoid a late cancellation fee.
* No-shows or late cancellations: your class credit will be lost. If you are on unlimited monthly membership, a fee of $23 will be charged in the event of a no show or late cancel.
* Joy Wellness Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. MEMBERSHIPS & PACKAGES
* All memberships and class packages are non-refundable and all memberships are non-transferable. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the membership, including missed classes or early termination.
* Clients are responsible for updating their payment information to prevent service interruptions.
* The minimum commitment for memberships is three (3) months from the start date.
* After the initial 3-month period, the membership will continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled by providing at least 15 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
* Cancellations before the 3-month term are not permitted, except in cases of medical disability (documentation required).
4. POLICIES
* New clients must arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts. Late arrivals may not be permitted to enter class for safety reasons.
* Proper athletic attire and running shoes are required for HIIT classes and bathing suits for sauna cold plunge and warm baths.
* Personal belongings must be stored in designated areas. Joy Wellness Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
* Clients must follow all instructor guidelines to ensure a safe and effective experience.
5. HEALTH & SAFETY
* Clients must be in good health and disclose any medical conditions before participating in any classes.
* If you experience any pain, dizziness, or discomfort, stop and notify an instructor immediately.
* Joy Wellness Club reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a risk to themselves or others.
6. LIABILITY WAIVER
By participating in any activities at Joy Wellness Club, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with high-intensity fitness workouts and sauna cold plunge/ warm baths. You agree to release and hold harmless Joy Wellness Club, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, or damages resulting from participation.
7. PAYMENT & BILLING
* All purchases must be made through our official payment platform.
* Membership fees and class package purchases are final and non-refundable.
* If a payment fails, your membership or class access may be suspended until the balance is settled.
8. PHOTO & VIDEO POLICY
* Joy Wellness Club may capture photos and videos for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your image being used unless you opt out in writing.
* Clients may not record classes without prior approval.
9. CODE OF CONDUCT
* Clients are expected to treat staff, instructors, and fellow members with respect.
* Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of access without a refund.
